Deep communications

Are you aware of when your communications are superficial in your relationships? The more shallow levels of communication include gossip and sharing opinions and judgements. When the communication involves gossip, it's more about others and less about sharing anything about yourself. When communication involves opinions and judgements, you will share more about yourself in the conversation, however, it will be more logical and intellectual rather than deep communications.

When feelings are involved then you can move to deeper levels of communication and relationship. When you communicate how you feel to another about situations, it creates greater bonding and intimacy. Also, sharing greater levels of feelings that open you up to your vulnerability, create even more connection. When you bare all, the parts of you that you would rather not bring to the light and speak about, it creates real connection and communication in a relationship.

Mother Teresa's letters revealed her authentic journey as she lived her soul purpose and faced her initiations. Her feelings and ascension journey were shared with the Reverand as she confessed her inner most fears and showed her vulnerability with faith.

Renewal

December is a notoriously active time for people, however, the energies are asking you to slow down and ensure you retreat this week.

Make time for self care, whether that's meditation, time in nature, or pampering yourself. Allow yourself to be and release the need to do.

We can see in nature that things take time, a flower starts as a seed, it grows into a seedling, roots grow deep into the ground, a shoot makes its way skyward and develops into a stem, leaves shoot out and then the flower goes from bud to bloom. Be gentle with yourself as you go from seed to bloom.

Crossroads

There's two paths available to you. You need to choose; make a decision. You may be refusing to make a decision because of the fear of the unknown but it is time to trust your higher calling and step forward on a new path.

Don't give your power away. You are a powerful creator and unstoppable. Whatever you have created to date, you can create anew. Just because you haven't experienced something to date in your life, doesn't mean you can't experience later. Take one step forward towards the new and Spirit / Universe / life will take 10 steps towards you.
