Focus

This is a great week for you to focus on and feel proud of what you have accomplished. If you have been working on something for awhile and unsure of the next step, you have the opportunity for clear focus of your path ahead and know HOW to move forward. It is an expansive time where you can share information you have gained.

Remember to remain focused on what's important and in alignment with your soul purpose.

Retreat

There is a need to go peacefully through life, there is no need to rush ahead. It sometimes takes longer cycles of transformation but don't fret it is happening.

Life is asking you to retreat into the inner stillness so you can listen to your heart's desire. This will help you with focusing on the next action.

Why not create a mini-retreat at home? Here are a few tips for doing so:

1. Run a bath or prepare a foot soak

2. Add Himalayan sea salt and aromatherapy oil or tea tree oil to invigorate your senses and to cleanse you

3. Afterwards enjoy a lavendar or chamomile tea

4.  Focus on relaxing your mind and body and allowing stillness.

Abundance

The energy of abundance is here this week. Abundance comes in many forms love, joy, peace and wealth. This energy is asking you to duplicate information that you have gained and share with others. The channel might be through writing a book or blog, teaching people knowledge or skill, or having a book club. Creating a vehicle to duplicate energy is important for some people who hold this energy in their soul blueprint and to activate it.
