Life is Easy

You might be feeling that life is hard and experiencing hardships and struggles, these may be for you personally or for friends and loved ones around you. Remind yourself that what you expect is what you will receive, it's a self fulfilling prophecy. Be mindful also of what you are expecting for others as your thoughts and perceptions of their lives impact them. For e.g. if a friend is out of work and you say or think thoughts such as "it will be hard for them to find another job," then you are attracting and expecting that for them.

The solution is to expect that life is easy and it will be so.

Change the way you think, and the situations / circumstances around you will change. Your thoughts and feelings have led you to where you are now, so begin anew and create a new story. You are a highly creative force so use it to bring about what you want for yourself and others. Don't let others bring you down and ensure you empower others with your thoughts.
