Emotions

Emotions are running high and that's because Mercury is Retrograde and people are asked to slow down and go within. It's a more challenging time to think rationally and make decisions. If you are using manipulation to control others or situations, you will be far better off to tend to your emotional needs.

Dig deep and find out what you need to deal with on an emotional level. Scan your body and look for tension and where you feel out of balance. Your body can help point to stuck emotions. Once you have found the areas in your body, sit with the feeling and sensations and allow it to be here. Do this until you feel a shift. Then send love and light to that area in your body.

Ensure you process your emotions and seek healing if you need further support. Watch your life change when you welcome your emotions.

Possibilities

Do you think that there's infinite possibilities in your life or can you only see lack and limitation? There is miraculous potential available to you right now and great things are in store for you. There's nothing you cannot achieve if you plan and take action towards it.

The starfish can regenerate its limbs and life is presenting you with possibilities to renew your body, mind and spirit. If you find a void, then fill it up. Keep your words, thoughts and actions at a higher vibration and watch the world open up with infinite possibilities.

Beauty

Beauty is everywhere and in all things. We live in the polarity of ugliness to beauty, where do you sit on that scale? Can you see the beauty that is all around even when you are finding life more challenging? When you can accept that something that is deemed ugly is in fact beautiful because it's in exactly the perfect form it is meant to be in, then you see the beauty in all. There is so much diversity in life and that's a wonderful thing.

A priest was in charge of the garden within a famous Zen temple. He had been given the job because he loved the flowers, shrubs, and trees. Next to the temple there was another, smaller temple where there lived a very old Zen master. One day, when the priest was expecting some special guests, he took extra care in tending to the garden. He pulled the weeds, trimmed the shrubs, combed the moss, and spent a long time meticulously raking up and carefully arranging all the dry autumn leaves. As he worked, the old master watched him with interest from across the wall that separated the temples.

When he had finished, the priest stood back to admire his work. "Isn't it beautiful," he called out to the old master. "Yes," replied the old man, "but there is something missing. Help me over this wall and I'll put it right for you."

After hesitating, the priest lifted the old fellow over and set him down.

Slowly, the master walked to the tree near the center of the garden, grabbed it by the trunk, and shook it. Leaves showered down all over the garden.

"There," said the old man, "you can put me back now."
