Difficulty is temporary and essential to your life's lessons and soul purpose so don't discount heavy emotions and what they want you to become aware of. Suffering is a choice. Don't give your power away to what you don't want. Stop fighting the losing battle within and choose a new story.

What will you choose? Love and happiness are far more fulfilling choices and bring what you want into being. Surrender to love as it is everywhere and always available. Let there be a rebirth of your energy.
