To live in alignment with your soul, it's important to understand the energies that are available throughout life to support you with feeling more positive and having more clarity. Transcend Energy Forecasts each week will give you key themes that you can align with for your week. People are finding life challenging at the moment and being able to move away from the negative to the positive is at the heart of these forecasts.

The key themes are:

Creativity is a theme available all month, however, for this week it's looking for a creative project that you need to do on your own. Perhaps it's something that you have put off for too long or something you haven't finished. Whatever you pursue, it's a solo creative effort. Expressing yourself is an energy that can be accessed for the month of August too. Where might you need to express yourself more confidently this week or alternatively if you have been over expressing yourself, tone it down so you are more balanced in your expression.

This week will invite you to be generous with others or you will be the recipient of someone's generosity. What you have been putting out to the world, the universe may very well answer you generously. You may be inspired to donate money or volunteer for a charity. There's people doing kind and generous acts around the world everyday including a restaurant in Canada providing free meals to homeless people for an hour a day, 7 days a week. Generosity can come in many shapes and form and just being there for a friend when they are going through a challenging time is a generous act.

There is a need to slow down and go within. Connecting with your soul and the Earth supports this. This slow down will open up the creative energy within you and if you have been indecisive about what path to take then this week will provide clarity if you take time out. You may need to pivot or just keep putting one foot in front of the other. There is wisdom in the Earth so go outside and take deep breaths, hug a tree or meditate in the garden. Communion with yourself and the Earth will provide you with the answers you seek.

Finally, your emotions should be stable this week. The lower emotional states that people have felt over the last few months have dissipated and there is more fun and uplifting energies supporting people to feel more stable in their daily lives.
